Response to any subscriber call or alarm activation, 24 hours a day.

Questions We Get Asked
Is my street on the route?
The patrol covers Palms. Call us at (310) 477-2095 and we will confirm your address.
What happens when I call?
Call us about anything that looks wrong and we send a unit. Someone answers that line at any hour.
Do I need an alarm system to subscribe?
No. Patrol stands on its own, and plenty of subscribers have no alarm at all. We can also install and monitor alarm systems when people want both.
Is there a long-term contract?
Yes. Palms runs on a one-year agreement on any billing term, and we go through it with you before anything starts.
How is this different from my alarm company?
An alarm tells someone after the fact. A patrol subscription puts a marked car and a licensed officer on the street before it comes to that. Most of our subscribers keep both.
How do I start?
Sign up online and we confirm the address, usually within a couple of business days.
Join the Palms Patrol
Signing up for the Palms Community Patrol puts another marked car through these blocks more often. That is what makes a patrol worth paying for.
