What happens when I call?
We dispatch a patrol response to any subscriber call or alarm activation, 24 hours a day.
Are your officers armed?
Yes. SSS patrol officers are armed and uniformed, in marked patrol vehicles. We are licensed under PPO 16006 and ACO 6266.
Do I need an alarm system to subscribe?
No. Community patrol is a standalone service. We also install and monitor alarm systems if you want both.
Is there a long-term contract?
Billing terms are shown above. Some routes carry a minimum term — we will confirm the terms with you before you sign up.
How is this different from my alarm company?
An alarm sends a notification. A patrol subscription puts a marked car and a licensed officer on your street. Most subscribers have both.
