Our uniformed, armed officers patrol the community seven days a week in clearly marked SSS patrol vehicles, providing a visible security presence and responding to residents’ calls for service.

What Your Patrol Service Includes

A direct line to the officer on duty
During dedicated patrol hours you receive the direct phone number for the on-duty officer — so you reach the person assigned to your community, not a call queue.
Security yard sign
Every subscriber receives an SSS yard sign identifying the property as patrolled by Security Service Systems.
Vacation watch
Going out of town? We keep an eye on your property while you’re away. Vacation watch may include:
- Removing newspapers from your property
- Clearing door hangers and flyers
- Collecting mail where applicable
- Placing mail and other items in a designated spot on your property
- Checking the property during scheduled patrol

Reach us for suspicious activity or any security concern and we dispatch a patrol response. During dedicated patrol hours you can call the on-duty officer directly.
Do I need an alarm system to subscribe?
No. Community patrol is a standalone service. We also install and monitor alarm systems if you want both.
